Tulip Villa 3 Bedroom

Tulip is a lovely home with nice ocean views, 70 meters from the sea, and 1 minute walk to our beach.

This is a spacious home with living room, fully equipped kitchen, 3 bedrooms, 2 baths and patios upstairs and downstairs.

The community swimming pool is 20 meters away.

There is a creek on one side, ocean in front, and lush green mountains behind. It is in our small private community of 25 homes.

Tulip is a great home for a family vacation, or a group of friends.

Evenings are quiet with lovely views of the lights on the mainland. Very tranquil setting, surrounded by water and trees. There is one restaurant within walking distance (500 meters) and 8 others withing 1/2 - 3 kilometers. Some of the restaurants will deliver, and one restaurant will pick you up and bring you back (if they aren't very busy)

We are 6 kilometers South of the Ao Thammachat Ferry, and 3 kilometers South of Center Point Ferry. Lots of room for kids to run around. It is very safe as we are at the end of the road in a private community.
