In a small private community on the East coast of Koh Chang, we have 25 beautiful homes. Some of the homes are oceanfront, and others have ocean or mountain views. These homes are individually owned and most are available for rent and some are available for sale.

This is a quiet residential area, with lovely views across the water to the mainland. It's a perfect place for getting away from it all, relaxing and enjoying nature. Kids can roam freely, as there isn't traffic or crowds. We are at the end of a private road.

There are several waterfalls close by, and Salak Phet bay is 20 minutes South. The Spa Koh Chang is 12 km South, where there is yoga and a health food restaurant. There are several beautiful temples on this side, a lovely walkway through the mangroves, and excellent seafood restaurants.

 We have a small private beach, it is amber colored sand,  and peaceful and quiet. It is a very gradual slope into the water, so it is safe for kids. The bottom is of sand, pebbles and small rocks. 

Our visitors and home owners enjoy this tranquil place to stay, without loud bars or traffic and crowds. Yet it is only a short drive to go to the other side of the island to look around, explore, and return back home to peace and quiet.

There are 8 restaurants within 1/2 - 3 kilometers, some will deliver, and some will provide transportation. Three restaurants are within walking distance of 500 meters. We also have cars and scooters for rent, and can sometimes provide car and driver.

 We are 2 km South of the Center Point Ferry, and 6 km South of the Ao Thammachat Ferry. Just turn left from either ferry and look for our sign "Baan Talay Thai".

We can normally provide transportation from the ferries.
